RMA Request
With ShopMoxa's 30-day Free Return Policy, there are no special catches and no exception. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, just contact us within 30 days of your invoice date.
If your product needs servicing or repair, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. A support representative will respond
to your RMA within 1 business day. Please note an RMA number must be assigned before any products can be sent to ShopMoxa. To check the status of
an existing RMA request or for any further assistance, you can contact our customer service at rma@neteon.net
